Delete Your Account
We’re sorry to see you go. Here’s how to delete your Agape Calm account and all associated data.
Option 1: Delete from the App
You can delete your account directly within the Agape Calm app:
- Open the Agape Calm app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Clear All Data to remove all local data (journal entries, prayers, mood logs, fasting history)
- Tap Delete Account to permanently delete your account and all cloud-stored data
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

info@agapecalm.appPlease include the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and the email address associated with your account.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account credentials and profile information
- All cloud-stored data (AI usage records, authentication data)
- Any community prayers you have submitted
Data stored only on your device (journal entries, mood logs, fasting history, sleep sound presets) is removed when you clear app data or uninstall the app. This data never leaves your device.
Processing Time
In-app deletion is immediate. Email deletion requests are processed within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
